Airport Van Rentals

Call A-1 and you won't be greeted by an automated menu asking you to "press 1 for reservations." You'll speak directly with a real person who knows our fleet, understands our pricing, and can actually answer your questions on the spot. No AI chatbots, no scripted responses, no getting bounced between departments.

This matters more than most people realize. When you're trying to book a van for a family trip, a church retreat, or a last-minute move, you need answers fast — not a frustrating back-and-forth with a machine. Our team picks up the phone and emails back promptly, because we know your time matters.

We like to think of our staff as the bartenders of the van rental world — the kind of people who remember your name, your usual order, and ask how your trip went last time. Many of our customers have been renting from us for years, and that's not by accident.

Whether you're a first-time renter or a repeat customer who's rented from us a dozen times, you'll get the same warm welcome and genuine attention. We're not interested in rushing you through a transaction. We're interested in building a relationship that keeps you coming back.

Unlike larger rental companies that rely on dynamic pricing algorithms to squeeze out every last dollar during busy periods, A-1 keeps our rates steady year-round. You won't log on one day and find prices have doubled because of some invisible algorithm reacting to demand.

During peak season, you can expect a modest increase of just $10 to $20 per day — a 5–10% adjustment, not the dramatic price spikes you might see elsewhere. That means you can plan your trip, your budget, and your business rentals with confidence, knowing the price you see today will be close to the price you see tomorrow.

A-1 isn't just in the business of renting vans — we're invested in the communities across Arizona that we call home. We offer discounted rates for church groups, schools, and community organizations, making it easier for these groups to travel, serve, and connect.

Beyond discounts, we actively sponsor local school groups, sports teams, and nonprofits throughout the state. Supporting the people and organizations that make Arizona communities thrive isn't a marketing checkbox for us — it's part of how we do business every day.
