We hold a $200 security deposit on a credit card, or a $400 deposit on a debit card. This is released upon safe return of the van.

Yes, you need either your own auto insurance that covers rental vehicles or you can purchase our collision damage waiver or liability coverage.

Our Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is $21 per day with a $1,000 deductible or $29 per day with a $500 deductible. We also offer Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) for $19 per day. SLI afford the renter up to $500,000 in third-party supplemental liability coverage.

Insurance coverage for full-size vans can vary greatly depending on a number of factors, so we recommend calling your insurance company and verifying that your personal policy will afford you the coverage needed. It is important to be sure to specify the size of the van you will be renting, as some policies have restrictions based on factors such as passenger capacity, vehicle weight, etc. The majority of credit card coverage for rentals will not extend to full-size vans.

If you have our coverage, you’re responsible only for the deductible. With your own insurance, you’ll work directly with your provider.

We offer 7-passenger minivans, 12 and 15-passenger vans, cargo vans, and wheelchair accessible vans.

Absolutely! All our vans are late-model, well-maintained vehicles suitable for local or long-distance travel. We include roadside assistance for peace of mind.

The 15-passenger van has limited cargo space behind the last row. For groups with substantial luggage, we recommend the 12-passenger configuration for more cargo room.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee.

Yes, call us as soon as you know you need extra time. We’ll extend at the same rate if the van is available.

All of our rentals include 200 miles per day free. Additional miles are $0.25 plus tax.

Yes, with advance notice and additional insurance. Please inform us when booking if you plan to travel to Mexico.

Monday-Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday-Sunday 9am-5pm. We are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, and close early on a few other select holidays.

Usually 5-15 minutes. We’ll have your paperwork ready and do a quick walk-around of the vehicle.
